Glofa & Master-k

Master-K120S and Glofa-GM7U are twin pair of LSIS compact controllers. There is no hardware difference between standard main and expansion modules of both series. Master-K120S series contains also Economic sub-series dedicated for simplest applications.

Many various bulit-in functions make this PLC's powerfull tools for control most machines and small production proceses. There are PID loops, high-speed counters, 2-axis positioning functions, 2 free use communication ports, modbus master/slave RTU/ASCII. All standard main modules can be extend by adding up to three binary or analog modules.

The difference between Master-K120S and Glofa-GM7U is programming tool and language. For Master-K120S we use KGL-WIN software with very simple an easy to learn laguage, while for GLOFA-GM7U we use GM-WIN which supports IEC-61131 standard.

BULIT-IN FUNCTIONS


- Input filtering

This function allows to ignore all input impulses which are shorter than filter time. It is possible to set one of followed filter times: 0, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 ms. Filter time is set for 8-inputs groups.

This funtion makes possible catch input impuleses shorter than scan time. The shorter impusl should have lenght min 10µs. Is it possible to use this function for first 8 inputs.

GM-WIN application is free of charge programming tool for Glofa-GM series.

This application allows programming, debugging, project down- and up-loading and on-line program edition. Programming language is comp with IEC 61131-3 specification and supports IL, LD and SFC programming methods.
User can divide project on separte tasks and create own libraries which include user's functions and function blocks.

KGL-WIN application is free of charge programming tool for Master-K series.

This application allows programming, debugging, project down- and up-loading and on-line program edition. Programming language is very simple and easy to learn. It supports IL, LD programming methods.



Loader cable is made of three-wire cable and standard DB9 plugs. Connections shown bellow.
